Many, if not all, State-owned Universities and colleges do not base their admission criteria solely on test scores; rather, they consider your academic performance (your marks in last or all previous exams) also. For example, Boğaziçi University Bebek/Istanbul has given 80 percent weight to the test score for admission for Grad Studies.
