Begining life

Ipswich, Suffolk is the birthplace of Sam Claflin. Mark and Sue Claflin are his parents. His brothers are Benjamin, Daniel, and Joseph. He grew up in Norwich, Norfolk. He studied at Costessey High School. As well as, there he pursued acting. Claflin graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2009.

Personal life

Claflin began romantic relations with Laura Haddock in 2011. They married in July. They have a son born in 2015 and a daughter born in 2018.

Acting Career

Claflin made his acting debut in 2010 with the movie The Pillars of the Earth. From 2010 to present, he played a role in various films like A drift, My Cousin Rachel, Their Finest,Me Before You, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, Love, Rosie, The Quiet Ones, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Snow White And The Huntsman, The Pillars of the Earth, The Lost Future, Any Human Heart, United, White Heat, Mary and Martha and Peaky Blinders. His upcoming movie is Charlie`s Angels.
