Stress Effect on Human Body

Stress is a well-known and common part of daily life. Stress happens each and every day and comes in a wide variety of forms. It involves an issue like health, money, and relationships.

The human body is not designed to be in a state of everlasting stress and continue to stay healthy. Stress can be a good thing, helping the bodies and brains to stay sharp, alert and ready to react in any situation. But chronic stress can cause destruction, triggering a host of sickness including depression, anxiety, and medical problem. Chronic stress exacts such as parental stress affects children, the biochemical authentication mark of stress in children, and the specialized brain cells influence fear and anxiety responses.

Stressful events are job loss, car accident, affect emotional awareness. Traumatic events such as the death of a loved one, serious illness have a greater impact on mood centers.

In the case of chronic stress, the system is speedy all the time. those Hormones that are so important for the fight-or-flight response can lead to digestive issues, trouble sleeping, and a weakened immune system. Stress changes the way the brain’s neurons communicate with each other, chronic stress can cause brains, nervous systems, and behavior to adjust to a sharped eye and reactive state. In the constant vigilance can lead to destructive mental and physical health conditions.

Those are experiences as risk factors, and in the future, that could lead to earlier interventions for children who may be at risk. In one’s mother's side stress has damaging effects on their children. On the other side of the father’s stressful experiences would affect their children.
