Sleep Well
You must be mentally and physically alert on the test day and during the test-taking. After exhausting exercises day and night for the preparation of the GRE, you must take ample sleep the night before the test day.
Here's how to manage your sleep to make sure your brain is running at full capacity on test day:
- You know better than any other that when to sleep and when to wake up. You must wake up in time to eat breakfast without rushing and then get to the test center at least 15 minutes early.
- You have already done the best things for the highest GRE score. Studying and cramming just before the test on the test day will be not more than sabotage. Even, touching the books the night before the test day does not impart an addition in your test score. However; it might increase your stress.
- It is better to do something relaxing, like watching a comedy movie or hanging out with your friends. Then, go to bed early enough to have a good full night of sleep before you have to be up in the morning.
