Fawad Khan

It was 29 November of 1981 when Fawad Afzal Khan born. He is a Pakistani actor. Artistry like Acting, producing, screenwriting, modeling and singing is his profession. He has received several awards for his performance.

Begining life

Lahore, Pakistan is the birthplace of Khan. His father belongs to the subcontinent who later arrived in Pakistan after separation. His mother is from Lucknow. He has two sisters, Aliya and Sana. Fawad got his early education from an American school. He passed his A-levels at the Lahore Grammar School (LGS) and received a bachelor's degree in software engineering from the National University of Computer and engineering.

Personal life

A costume-designer Sadaf Khan is Khan’s wife. They married in 2005. They have a son, Ayaan, and a daughter, Elayna. A clothing line, Silk by Fawad Khan, was launched in August 2012 in Lahore.

Acting career

Khan's television debut was sitcom Jutt and Bond in 2001. From 2010 to 2013, he appeared in various dramas like Dareecha, Dastaan, Ashk, Satrang, Numm, Humsafar, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Akbari Asghari, Kuch Pyar Ka Pagalpan Bhi Tha and Ho Mann Jahaan. From 2015 to 2018, he starred in various films like Behadd, Khuda Kay Liye, Kapoor & Sons, Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2, Khoobsurat, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, and Albela Rahi. Khan appeared as a judge on the Pepsi Battle of the Bands in July 2017, with Atif Aslam and Meesha Shafi. He sang the show's introductory song.
