Ingredients:

Chilling Time:4 Hour

  1. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
  4. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  5. 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  6. 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in the sugar.
  • Blend in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped topping until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the crust
  • Chill for 4 to 5 hours to set. Keep refrigerated

Notes:

This is nice garnished with your favorite fresh fruit or pie filling, or sprinkled with crumbled chocolate cookies.
